In and out of school and jobs til I finally graduated from ISU in 90 with an education degree. Been teaching in central Iowa for 20 years, the last five at Saydel High School, just North of Des Moines. Married for the third and last time, and well above my station, to Traci. Living in a 100 year old four-square farmhouse on five acres NW of Altoona. Rehabbed/renovated one room at a time, and about 80% (never) done. |
What do you like to do in your spare time?

Got a 50 ft houseboat (tub/scow/barge) bouyed at Saylorville that gets used every weekend in season. Also ride the Harleys ( Traci rides a Stage II 1200C that will walk off and leave me) the house and grounds also take a lot of loving work.

Do you still see/talk to/hang out with any classmates? Who?

Not nearly as much as I'd like. I lost track of much of our class my senior year working in Campustown and running (to my demise) with a herd of young ISU kids. I've been fortunate to reconnect with many on Facebook (after swearing I never would)

I'm only 30 miles away and get up there frequently, though I have no family there.
